Perbedaan-perbedaan Android dan Apple

Android dan Apple iOS adalah sistem operasi yang digunakan terutama dalam teknologi mobile, seperti smartphone dan tablet. Android, yang berbasis Linux dan sebagian open source, lebih PC- seperti daripada iOS, dalam antarmuka dan fitur dasar umumnya lebih disesuaikan  dari  atas  ke  bawah.  Namun,  elemen  desain  seragam  iOS  'kadang-kadang dilihat sebagai lebih user-friendly.

Android seperti smartphone dan tablet, tapi ternyata OS tersebut pada awalnya didesain untuk  kamera.  Keputusan   mengubah  haluan  dari  sistem  untuk  kamera  pintar  itu disebabkan   karena   pasar   smartphone   saat   itu  sedang   tumbuh.   Nah,   saat   melihat smartphone  tengah  menanjak,  tim  Android  pun  mengubah  haluan  dan  menyesuaikan sistem  OS  itu  untuk  smartphone.  Meskipun  Android  menyimpang  dari  rencana  awal, tapi  kemudian  tujuan  awal  OS  tersebut  akhirnya  terpenuhi.  Meski  tidak  menegaskan tentang  kamera,  pengguna  kini  bisa  menemukan  Android  berjalan  di  tablet,  TV, peralatan dapur, dan kamera pintar. Saat   ini  Android  sudah  meluncurkan  sebuah  system  operasi   yang terbaru   yakni   Android kitkat atau juga bias disebuat Android 4.4. Nama dari  system  operasi  ini  diawali  dengan  huruf  k, karena  versi  sebelumnya  diawali  dengan  huruf  j yakni  jelly  bean.  Nama  kitkat  sendiri  diambil  dari  nama  sebuah  merk  coklat  yang diproduksi oleh nestle.

Kelebihan Android

1. System  operasi  bersifat  open  source,  Memungkinkan  pengguna  untuk  membuat software sendiri.
2. Memiliki banyak aplikasi software maupun aplikasi mulai dari berbayar dan gratis.
3. Tampilan terlihat lebih elegant.
4. Bersifat  multitasking,  yaitu  dapat  menjalankan  berbagai  aplikasi  dalam  waktu bersamaan.

Kekurangan Android

1. Baterai yang cepat habis, salah satu penyebab baterai cepat habis ya penggunaan multitasking 
2. Pengoperasian sedikit lebih sulit dibandingkan handphone lain
3. Koneksi  internet  yang  mahal,  memang  pada  saat  browsing  lebih  cepat  dan  tidak  ada hambatan, namun biaya internet pun lebih mahal sesuai dengan kecepatannya
4. Harus selalu terhubung ke internet untuk mengakses fitur-fitur

Sejarah IOS

Sistem  operasi  ini  pertama  diluncurkan  tahun  2007  untuk iPhone  dan  iPod  Touch,  dan  telah  dikembangkan  untuk mendukung  perangkat  Apple   lainnya   seperti   iPad  dan Apple  TV.  Tidak  seperti Windows  Phone  (Windows  CE) Microsoft  dan  Android  Google,  Apple  tidak  melisensikan iOS untuk diinstal di perangkat keras non-Apple.

Kelebihan IOS

1. 1.Lebih Aman. Android   dikategorikan   sebagai   sistem   operasi   cukup   rentang   terserang   virus Sementara,  sistem keamanan  iOS  lebih  terstruktur.  Semua  aplikasi  yang  dibuat untuk  iPhone  atau  iPad  harus  melewati  proses  pengujian  yang  ketat.  Memang, sempat ada  laporan tentang terinfeksinya aplikasi  oleh  virus. Namun, Apple  sudah memperbaikinya dan menjamin bahwa App Store kini sudah bersih dari virus.
2. 2.Lebih Mudah. Menurut  orang  yang  sudah  mencicipi  iOS,  mereka  merasa  sistem  operasi  milik  Apple ini lebih mudah digunakan. Bahkan, untuk pemula sekali pun
3. 3. Desain menarik. Tampilannya  yang  catchy  dan  penuh  warna  dipadukan  dengan disain  minimalis pada ikon dan menu pada perangkat iPhone atau iPad.
4. 4.Update Tidak Terbatas. Android  akan  melakukan  pembaruan  sistem  operasinya  dengan  meluncurkan  Kit Kat 4.4 dalam waktu dekat.
5. 5.Jumlah Aplikasi dan games terbanyak dibanding OS smartphone lain.

Kelebihan Android jelly bean VS IOS 6

1. 1.Tampilan Antar Muka (User Interface) Jelly Bean menawarkan kustomisasi yang lebih beragam dan tinggi. Para pengguna Android juga dapat mengkustomisasi sendiri tampilan antar muka mereka. Jadi  segi interface, Jelly Bean patut menjadi pemenang perbandingan ini.
2. 2.Fitur Maps. fitur  Apple  Maps  pada  iOS  6  sangatlah  buruk  dengan  errordan  bug bertebaran dimana-mana.  Disisi  lain,  Google  Maps  yang  diusung  Android  Jelly  Bean sudah tidak perlu lagi diragukan kualitasnya
3. 3.Fitur Virtual Assistant iOS  6  mengusung  Siri  sementara  Android  Jelly  Bean  mengusung  Android  Voice Search.  Keduanya  memiliki  kelebihan  dan  kekurangan  masing-masing namun  Siri dirasa  jauh  lebih  manusiawi dibandingkan  Voice  Search  milik  Google.  Alasannya sederhana Siri dapat diajak mengobrol layaknya manusia sementara Android Voice Search  hanya  mampu  menampilkan  hasil  pencarian  yang  telah  diinput  melalui perintah  suara.  Meski  demikian,  keduanya  masih  sama-sama  memiliki  bug  dan kelemahan sehingga  terkadang  tidak  merespon  perintah  suara  pengguna  dengan sempurna.
4. 4.Integrasi Sosial Media. Android  Jelly  Bean  memang  sudah  memiliki  fitur  sosial  media  yang  terintegrasi, termasuk untuk akun Twitter dan Facebook. Namun sayangnya  Apple dengan  iOS 6  masih  lebih  baik dalam  hal  ini  dikarenakan pengguna bahkan dapat mengupdate status Facebook mereka atau menulis Tweet terbaru tanpa harus membuka aplikasi Twitter maupun Facebook.
5. 5.Kecepatan proses.sudah  cukup  lama  sistem  operasi  Android  kalah  jauh  dibandingkan  iOS.  Sudah cukup   banyak   ditemui   kasus   dimana   pengoperasian   Android   mengalami   lag sementara   iOS   lancer   sempurna   meski   didukung   dengan   tingkat   spesifikasi hardware yang sama.
6. 6.Ketersediaan perangkat. Android yang merupakan sistem operasi open source dapat digunakan oleh banyak perangkat, Sebaliknya, iOS hanya dibuat ekslusif untuk perangkat besutan Apple.

Hello world

Hello world usually the first string that is written when someone learn new programming language. Its mean we try to introduce our self "Hi this is me say my first word to the world". So the same culture I try to apply to this blog. Hello world, this my first post in this new blog.

Finally me and my own domain. It's been a while since I really want to purchase my own domain. I don't want to bother of maintaining if host by myself. So since beginning I decide to use free service instead of self hosting with choice between wordpress or blogger.

Wordpress is nice. I have blog with it almost for 4 years. It has very user friendly interface from editing post, use template and managing files. Main wordpress drawback in my preference is no good possibility to post ads on my own blog. In other side, blogger editing feature is not rich as wordpress. Even currently I don't know how I can upload file to my blogger blog. But blogger is Google giant product. By buying domain I got several more feature, mainly Google Apps account that provide many service that is even I don't think it previously like a lot of user account, email, and other Google service.

There are some advantages of personal domain. Some of those are more encouragement to be more productive in writing post. By owning personal domain indirectly we stated that "I want to be more serious in writing" so hopefully the post will out more regularly. Second, we got more personal branding, by introducing our web e.g as lamida.net instead of lamida.wordpress.com or lamida.blogspot.com. Third by the second reason, we can also beautify our name card and our curriculum vitae :p.

So this page also will introduce what I will write here. Everything will relate to my self and my personal interest. But I will try to be more professional. So then I will try my best that no outpouring here like my broken heart story or my breakfast menu post. I will make sure every content is more informative and usable. Most of them will relate to my personal interest in computer science, engineering, book, gadget, movie, music, etc. I always believe specialty is good and something that to generic usually shallow so I also try not too to be generalist but to be more focus oriented. Last word, English is not my mother tongue, I hope mistake such wrong vocabulary, miss type and mess up grammar is understandable.
